Smart Airfield Innovation Takes the Stage in Canada

This September, TKH Airport Solutions had the pleasure of participating in two leading airfield technology events in Canada: the SWIFT Conference and CANEW Workshop 2025 in Niagara Falls.

During the SWIFT Conference, our CEO Erik Velderman took the stage at the Innovation Theatre, where he spoke about TKH’s smart airfield solutions, combining intelligent Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL), camera technology, and AI to drive the next generation of autonomous airport operations.

At the same time, our colleague Lionel Perrotti represented TKH Airport Solutions at CANEW, the annual gathering of airport electricians across Canada. In his presentation, he introduced exciting innovations that will soon be launched, mentioning how our technology continues to enhance the safety, efficiency, and intelligence of airfield operations.

These two events reflected TKH Airport Solutions’ vision to lead the transformation of airports through smart, connected, and sustainable technologies.
