HR Intern
Are you looking for an HR internship where you will learn a lot? We offer HR-internships for our team in Haaksbergen, the Netherlands! Per February 1st 2024, a new vacancy will open up, as the one of September 2023 has been filled.
As an HR intern you will be supporting the HR team with their daily tasks. You and the HR manager are the ones that are responsible for a smoothly running HR department. The content of the internship is very diverse. During the internship, the main emphasis is on experiencing as many facets of the HRM field as possible. To start off, you will be given your own tasks and responsibilities. This will give you the oppurtunity to quickly get to know our organization and to develop your personal and professional skills. This will be done under the guidance of the HR Manager.
Examples of tasks that you will be working on:
- Conducting job interviews either alone or together
- Drafting, processing and archiving of various letters
- Writing vacancies and job descriptions
- Answering various questions from employees regarding contracts or other staff related questions
- All relevant matters in an HRM department
You will fit the internship when:
- For this internship you are in the third or fourth year of the HBO education HRM or IHRM.
- You are motivated and eager to learn
- You have a good command of the English language, Dutch is a plus
- You can communicate clearly and respect made agreements
- For this internship you are available for 3/5 days a week (partial work from home is possible)
